Staff
The staff and administrators of San Miguel Academy are dedicated to the mission of the school. They work
more hours per year than their public school peers because they believe that the educational opportunity
provided by San Miguel Academy transforms lives. Most of our young teachers are taking courses to fulfill
their master’s degree in education. The goal is for all classroom teachers to become certified.

Board of Trustees:
The Board of Trustees of San Miguel Academy is comprised of individuals with relevant backgrounds in
education, social work, business, finance and the law. Board members are actively involved in the
governance of the school and meet regularly to discuss the school’s operations and its status both
