Position: Principal

Position Narrative: Working as a member of the school leadership team, the Principal provides final oversight for the day to day operation of the school program. Including supervision of the teaching faculty; development of curriculum and instructional strategies for the success of the students at SMA; development of the academic schedule and daily program for students; academic support activities and working with other members of the Leadership Team to guarantee student success and the smooth operation of SMA.

San Miguel Academy’s Leadership model is team approach where individuals on the team recognize their primary responsibilities for particular areas of school leadership and operation, but work together across the entire range of leadership requirements in guaranteeing the success of the students and the smooth operation of all aspects of the school. This team includes; The President, Principal, Dean of Students and Director of Academy Advancement and Administration.
