San Miguel Academy of Newburgh is a tuition free, faith-based, 5th through 8th grade middle school for boys from underserved families residing in the City of Newburgh, NY. San Miguel Academy is a member of the Nativity Miguel Network of Schools, a consortium of 65 schools located in 27 states across the country. Opened in the 2006/2007 academic year, San Miguel Academy provides boys with the tools necessary for success in their academic, social and spiritual lives. San Miguel Academy’s focus on educational achievement and character development empowers each student to achieve his very best.

San Miguel Academy student, faculty, staff and board of directors will be walking 6+ miles across the Newburgh Beacon Bridge to celebrate our six years in the City of Newburgh, providing an educational alternative to underserved youth.
